• The site is operated by bayata, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 99323206).
• Service orders, statements of work, or NDAs supersede these terms where conflicts arise.

Services & changes

• We may update site content, product information, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Access to beta products or demos may be revoked if misuse or security risk is detected.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or probe infrastructure.
• Do not scrape contact information for unsolicited marketing or competitive intelligence.

Intellectual property

• All trademarks, product names, and content remain the property of bayata or its licensors.
• Feedback provided to bayata may be used to improve products without obligation to you.

Disclaimer & liability

• Website material is provided “as-is” without warranty of completeness or fitness.
• bayata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless required by Dutch law.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by Dutch law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
